Located at 4414 Birch Bay Lynden Road, Plaza
Park is only minutes from the Canadian border, and
from beautiful Birch Bay, overlooking the San Juan
Islands. At the request of park residents, ROP
bought Plaza Park out of foreclosure in 2008 with
financial assistance from the State of Washington.
Only 15 minutes north of downtown Bellingham,
Plaza Park provides affordable housing for
mobilehome owners, and for long-term RV owners
who live in their motorhomes, travel trailers, and
campers. ROP has undertaken a major
improvement project at Plaza Park, upgrading
electrical systems, and remodeling the park
restroom/shower facilities and laundry room. Plaza
Park is an all-age park and a limited number of
mobilehome spaces and RV spaces are currently
available for rent. If living in the Pacific northwest,
only minutes from Birch Bay, the San Juan Islands,
