With support from the homeowners association,
ROP gained nonprofit ownership of 336 space
Windsor Mobile Country Club in July 2008. WMCC
is known as the premier 55 plus manufactured
home community, located at 8109 Conde Lane,
Windsor, in Sonoma County. Only 7 miles north of
Santa Rosa and in the heart of Sonoma wine
country, WMCC is a beautiful community with a
park clubhouse, swimming pool, dog park, laundry
room, and game room. During its first year of
nonprofit ownership, ROP has upgraded the
electrical system in the park, completed a
complete water system upgrade to the Town of
Windsor water service, and installed beautiful
drought -resistant landscaping in the front of the
park. The park enjoys an active homeowners
association and a full calendar of social activities
